I had hired this company to reapolster my furniture on 07-06, I had given them 6 diningroom chairs. And only received back 5 of them, The service has been paid for in full.
Upon delivery of the chairs one was damaged by them in transit. They had offered to fix the chair. (Note: I have seen the chair when it was damaged and only the cushioning was ruined) It has been nearly 3 months now, and I have yet to receive it.
I called Desert Interiors and spoke to "James" (the owner) he is now telling me that I received all of my chairs and that he will not reinburse me for the damaged one which they offered to do so earlier. I have made calls to them repeadetly asking about my chair and they are rude, hang up, and unwilling to co-operate with me.
I am 74 years old and have had these chairs with my family for many years. And they hold sentimental value.
