Before buying from Ultimate Technologies, ask yourself, why:
Do I want to buy a product that isnt in the top ten listed by Consumer Reports in October?
Do I want to pay $1,350 for a vacuum cleaner?
Would I buy from a company that doesnt provide acceptable customer service?
Business by the Book describes six basic business minimums. Ultimate Technologies (UT) disregards:
1) Practice total honesty. Multiple promises to pick up the product were made by multiple employees and broken over the course of several weeks.
2) Be accountable. UT and its finance company attempt to intimidate customers, suggesting that canceling the purchase agreement will adversely affect the customers credit score. UT accepts no responsibility, constantly referring to federal law that permits them to hold the customer liable for the purchase if not canceled in three business days.
3) Provide a quality product at a fair price. Relative to better products, the price charged by UT for a Kirby vacuum cleaner doesnt even come close to fair.
4) Treat your customers fairly. I witnessed the company owner berating a customer to tears, demonstrating the true business management style.
I was blind but now I see!" John 9:25
