I was in the bathtub. Heard doorbell ring. Have medical condition that I have limited mobility and can't get to the door right away. I saw on my video surveillance that 2 men were casing my house and heading towards my garage to possibly steal some equipment I had repaired by them in which took 3 weeks to do a simple job. I saw the company's name on the truck and finally opened the door and they demanded more payment than what I had already paid. They said they forgot to charge the delivery charge. They said my bank account was closed in which I was unaware of as I have not closed it. They said they forgot to add a delivery charge and needed it now or they were taking my equipment. I was in shock so I put the extra charges on my credit card. It was over $50. The man (if you want to call it that) was rude and disrespectful. I am an older single person that has been taken advantage of. So much for quality!!! Never will do business with them again. Will let others know!!!
