I ordered 10 Empress Paulownia trees, and after a month I called and I was told that the order did not go through. So another order was processed. After another month my credit card was billed for two orders. I sent an E-mail and was told that 2 orders were sent and that if I only waited one to send the other back and my credit card would be credited. I finally did receive one order of ten trees, but it is passed time to plant in my area and it is doubtfull if they will survive (2 have already died). I have not received the other order of ten trees. Gardeners' Choice does not respond to my E-mails and no one ansewers the telephone.
