Kenny Buell, owner of KT's Home Repair, did some work on my home.
He sent a guy to "fix" the problem, but it was not resolved. The problem was not fixed correctly and when I called Kenny back to look at the problem 6 weeks later he promised to fix it. But he cancelled many appointments and when he did come he did very little work. He eventually became upset with me after I asked him to fix the problem over a three month span and told me he couldn't do anything else unless I signed waivers, etc. He said that after three months I was rushing him and gas was too high so he wouldn't help me!
He's a sad, sorry little fellow that basically told me I was SOL when I tried to get him to really fix the problem or give me a refund. He took my money and ran which is probably how he does business. I had to fix the issue myself because of their poor quality work and lack of ownership for the issue.
Always check with the BBB before signing up with anyone. Make sure you get a written estimate and set clear boundaries with your contractor so they don't take advantage of you.
