Kenny Menard was to rebuilt my engine, I got 6 parking ticket, car tow away and car not fixed

Kenny worked for Autowise - he got fired latter.
He said he can work on repairing my 99 eclipse my doing an overhaul.
For the last one year, he never got my car fixed.

Kenny Menard of Lakeforest CA, which he operates under the alias Kenny The Mechanic on Craiglist never fixed my car.

he never call me to tell me my car got tow away
