My garage door was sticking a little bit when you open or close it. I called SOS out to check it out. The person that came out tested it out for a few minutes and then told me that they just need to adjust the force. After two or three minutes of tinkering with it, they said it was fixed and then recommended I get a new door because mine had a tiny crack at the top. They charged me $91 dollars for this. Several days later, my garage door stopped working all together. There is now no power at all going to the box.
I called to have them come back out and they want to charge me again! I spoke with the person who claims to be the owner who said that they will not come and fix it because they didn't write warranteed on the receipt! Total scam. What company doesn't stand behind their work? So, now my garage door doesn't work at all. I'll be calling a different company. I wish I had read these reviews before calling them in the first place. I hope this saves someone else from doing business with them. I was better off before I called them out. Now I'll have to pay someone to fix whatever they did to it!
