This Company is ripping me off. I have tried to ask for help from them but they keep adding fees to my account. I am trying to save my house but they are not helping me bring my account up to date. I have filled out all types of forms that they claimed was approved by our president but i have not received an answer yet! They are sending mail that i have to pay for, they are adding fees to my escrow acount that i have to pay for and they will never tell a certain person to talk to. When im on the phone with them they state that my account is being handled but when i call back 2 months later they have no record of me speaking to anyone! This Company just takes people homes.
