I just read a few other reports on this usacomplaints.com site. Too bad I didn't know about it before. My report reads like the others.in plain english "we were ripped off" of $ 2,815.98, for the purchase of a "Kings Court" mattress by Kingsdown! My husband and I were seeking a good nights sleep instead we have had a year and a half of sleep torture! As described in another complaint, our mattress has the tell tale signs of manufacturers defects: lumpy, dips, uneveness. We have had "THEIR" mattress inspector out here twice, I've found he tells me one thing and reports back another! He agreed he saw dips and lumps but reported back no such thing.in fact I received a carbon copy of the first inspection letter denying my warranty for the 1 1/2 inch measurement crap just last week after the second inspection. However no report was ever mailed to me nor was I told the measurements their inspector came up with. I spoke to Becky Walker at Kingsdown and was very rudely told they would do nothing for me. I asked for copies of both inspections and received only last years. I know that this years is far worse! My husband and my back can attest to that. I truly believe that the mattress I tried in the store "Mattress Giant", is not the same mattress we recieved! This company is a HIGHN DOLLAR "RIPOFF"!!
