Not good neighbors eithe

I have read the latest about Richard Fuller Homes and decided to share my story.
I live right behind one of Fuller's properties. We had a new pool put in and have two little dogs. When Fullers people were trying to dig the yard up to put in the grass behind us,
Richard Fuller contractors tore out a couple panels out of our fence and broke one of the poles.

I went to the sales office to let them know this needs fixed immediately.

Here we have a new pool required to have a fence. And our dogs need to be out when we are at work.

A week later nothing had been done. I went back to the sales office and informed them that this is a liability issue because we are required to have a fence around our pool so there would be no access. They finally came and fixed it but after two
weeks.

You would think this would have been a priority.
I cannot even imagine how long these home owners are waiting to
get minor warranty items fixed.
