Purchased two Royal Paulownia/Empress tree seedlings. They arrived with dried, wilted leaves and dried out stems. Unable to salvage.
This "TREE" was a sapling of no more than 3 inches when it arrived wrapped in a miniature plastic baggy and no cradling for support.
