Inadequate specialized support. I had many problems such as the return of infrared sensors. They delivered me a brand new collection but issue nevertheless persisted. Followup phone was completely ineffective as-is the data linen supplied by the mfr. It was created in language but as could be voiced in chinese. Made no feeling whatsoever. I fixed this problem by calling a competitor. Several other activities needed talking to them-but I came across they're REALLY badly educated despite their so-called qualifications.
Luckily I'm an engineer and just desired their feedback to be able to prevent harmful equipment.in different terms, verification in the seller. Quite an ordinary process in operation.
To sum up, I'd declare avoid gatecrafters. They are not worth the heartburn.
