Plain and simple folks, DO NOT use Exterior Design for any of your landscape or hardscape needs. This bottomfeeder charged me a small fortune to some outside work for me. Big mistake on my part! This guy had no idea what he was doing and tried to talk his way out of everything.
I've had nothing but problems for 4 years since he did the work and I even went as far as to have a lawyer get in touch with him. His smart mouth and attitude surprised even my lawyer, who said there was nothing I could do to force him to make the situation right.
I may not have many legal rights in this situation, but I wanted to let all of my fellow residents know to beware when this backwoods bullshitter comes around. He talks good game, and his con artistry is impeccable. Don't be fooled. Buyer beware.
