I paid a 50% deposit following advice given by this firm. It turn out in the end that the builder has not got planning permission and my money has been stolen.
Giambrone Law my lawyers told to me they had done due diligence and told me there was planning permision 100% OK and told me that the builder was a big company well established and to trust them all
All this is lies and my money has been stolen. There are hundreds of complaints about Giambrone Law on website called www.incalabria.com the complaints are hidden until you register as Gabrielle Giambrone has threatened the forum owner with liable/defamatiion but they are brave and they have still published these stories as they are all true.
The UK Law Society has been investigating Gabrielle Giambrone and he has ignored their letters. The UK Solicitors regulation Authority is investigating and they is very worried. Gabrielle Gaimbrone ran to Palermo to open an office as London is well regulated but he can carry on running his bad law firm with bad and negligent advice.
I found that Gabrielle Giambrone had over 400 of the 600 real estate transactions on another development called Jewel on the Sea. This law firm signed hundreds of people up to weak contracts which are totally totally in favor of the builder. No many people lose their money. At 1000 a time Gabrielle Giambrone make 400,000 from this builder alone so how he independent? He not, he in hands and pocket of developer.
