I was an ex member of staff who worked for Gabriele Giambrone in London. I was there when the SRA investigators entered the premises. I can confirm that there were large discrepencies in the accounting system, there were large unreconciled balances and there were large monies which were impossible to trace. I am not sure if money laundering was taking place but I was worried. Gabriele Giambrone is a scheming devious person with no morals. I left the firm as I was disgusted in the way that honest English people were being scammed into signing preliminary contracts of which were hugely in favour of the developer. The SRA has referred this crook to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in the United Kingdom. He has run off to Palermo to keep this scams operating. Beware of this man and never do business with or give him money. I left as I have morals. Nobody who stays working for this man has morals and this is why so many people left in London every few weeks.
