Purchased a 18X 21 ft carport in early April, told it would take 2-4 weeks. After the 5th week of no contact-I notified R&B, spoke to Janet in Customer Service. Janet stated she had called several weeks prior, but answering machine was full. Checked caller ID and had NO RECORD of phone call, answering machine has never been full. Janet stated she would call the following Monday to set up a new appointment. Never called.
After another week contacted Marie. Marie set up an appointment between 4-6 PM, stated I had to run errand afterwards, so it needs to be started and completed around that time.installers never showed up.
Installer called at around 7PM, but I was already away from home and would NOT be able to return during daylight hours. Told them to cancel order.
Contacted customer service to let them know I was not happy and why didn't they contact me to reschedule. And told them to cancel order and return all our money. After several more phone calls over the last three weeks, I finally received my refund today. There is NO communication with this company, NO customer Service.
I am through with them and will NOT order another carport from them.By the way, I did purchase one from and had it up in less than a week! Just wanted to warn others about the poor service we received from this comapny.
