Don't honor contract, poor quality of pool / installation, damage worksite, poor service

Contract Issues: Failure to perform services at agreed costs in the contract... Added an additonal $1500 in electrician charges not specified in contract, an additional $209 in Gas meter charges, and failed to honor quoted price/sq ft in stone charges resulting in $6500 in costs to me.

Work Site Damage Issues: Workers damaged sprinkler system and did not grade site satisfactorally which will cost another $1500 to fix.

Quality Issue with Product: Pool or concrete not set appropriately or level... Fix unknown — likely will need tile redone or additonal grouting. I am caught in blame game — stone contractors blame concrete contractors, who blame installers, and vice versa, Pool Guyz not stepping up to figure out solution and fix.

Customer Service Issies: schedule is not on track, promises are not kept as to when various items will be completed and calls not returned.

I have been unable to resolve with Service Manager Jay Berger or Sales Manager Tom Bower, and have been told that the owner of the company is unreachable. Have even escalated to Viking Pools manufactuer twice to get a call from owner to resolve and owner has not called or tried to resolve.
