We ordered a part for our garage on May 4th, we did receive a confirmation email and the $71.45 for the part was deducted from our account. We have made several attempts to contact the company via email as well as calling them. When you call the company a personal voicemail states to leave a message but the mailbox is full. We want a full refund for the purchase that we did not receive. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I am about to get my lawyer involved in a class action lawsuit.
