I ordered a tension spring from garage door parts llc. On 9/9/09 payment of 61.00 was made on said date and i recieve a order confirmation # (20511). I have been trying to reach the company since to find out a shipping and or delivery date. No response to email [email protected] and the listed phone#goes right to a fax and or computer (973-777-9038) thinking i ordered my part from overhead door i contacted them to see if they usedthis company to ship parts. The man at american overhead door told me it was a rip off company and i should contact rip off reprots. And that is where we are now.
