I am restoring an historic church and wanted stamped concrete. Although the primary business is pools, Mr. Mike's convinced me that he does stamped concrete around pools 'all the time'. Well, after only eight months, I started noticing gravel in my drive. Once all the snow was gone, it was apparent that the entire drive and walkway would soon be the same. The entire surface is pitting and discolored.
When I initially contacted Mr. Mike's, I did not get an acknowledgment for twelve days. Although the business is less than ten miles away, it took another three days for him to come out and assess the damage.
That was nine days ago and I haven't heard a word since!!! Although he agreed it would have to be re-done, he seems to be avoiding the issue.
One would think that with this type of expense, customer service would be a reasonable expectation. Not so with Mr. Mike's of Michigan!!!
I've received better customer service @ Wal-Mart!!!
