On an internet search for house foreclosures I came across a house foreclosure web page. I made the mistake of sending an e-mail to this web page and was immediately contacted by Jim Ross to learn about real estate foreclosures. His web site is very professional and he makes the foreclosure business sound very appealing for very little money.
He states that for $197 you get his CD package and several informative reports on the real estate business. I have not yet responded with my money and he continually sends e-mails to sweeten the offer. This has been going on for several months. I fianlly decided to make the purchase but decide to check the "consumer complaints" before I did. Good thing I did since I have found entries about him that are quite negative. I just saved myself the $197 and what appears to be a lot of possible headaches.
