Poor customer service ripoff business that doesnt give a dam Internet Worldnwide

I ordered furniture online from roomstogo.com several weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for Tues 4/22 from 11:00am-3:00pm. I took off work and was home by 10:45. At 3:00 when I had not received a phone call, nor my furniture I called customer service (ha!). I was told that the truck had broken down and that the dispatcher would be calling me. At 3:45 the dispatcher called to tell me the same thing.

At 4:30 I had heard nothing and called back. I was again assured that they were working on it and that the dispatcher would call. I received no call. At 6:30 I called customer service back and was advised they were gone for the day. I explained my situation to an actually nice person in online support who called the delivery company again and told me the dispatcher would be calling me.

At 7:45 I received a phone call from the dispatcher telling me the truck would be delivering in about 15 minutes. Finally, the first accurate thing I heard all day, my furniture arrived at 8:00pm, 5 hours later than scheduled. I called customer service 4/23 to express my displeasure and was advised by the service rep that I could not receive a credit for the delivery free because, "after all, they did deliver the furniture." I asked for a supervisor to contact me directly. I have not received a return phone call. I sent an email on 4/23 asking for a supervisor to contact me.
