Salesman LIED about purchased extended warranty - Dave Bridgwate

I purchased $7902.10 for a Cindy Crawford leather living room suite (sofa, loveseat, recliner, chair and 2 ottomans) another chair/ottoman at the Grapevine, Texas store. We thoroughly inspected the showroom suite from top to bottom and apparently the furniture received is NOT of the same quality as shown in stores.
Next day delivery is a LIE, as well as their "life-time" extended warranty that was purchased, which apparently the warranty only covers the frames and NOTHING ELSE... Which IS NOT WHAT we were told by the salesman. Purchased on 11/15, some items delivered on 12/20 and the remaining in January.in less than one year, the leather on the recliner arm has worn through to the nylon backing. The bottom side of the seat cushion for recliner has also torn and foam exposed due to the metal coiling puncher the cushion. The frame also wobbles and is very unstable. Only two adults have ever sat in this chair (NO CHILDREN). The chair ALONE cost $1,350.00.

As for the other pieces of the leather suite, which have been barely used, the stitching of the sofa cushions have torn. All of the feet/legs are NOT wood. My advice to everyone is to send a complaint your State Attorney General's office. Maybe, a "Class Action" lawsuit against this company might get their attention. I have also read that in Houston, TX contractors have not been paid by Rooms-to-Go for construction of buildings.

Customer service... Non-existant
