Whenever we created our house in our contractor suggested a propane organization called Blue Flame Fuel. We'd them use a gas container and offer our gas from that time forward.

We found no quality in those days, I again informed her I'd spend the gas statement and never the costs, which I'd prefer to plan a time for them in the future out and take away the container when I was no further thinking about using the services of them.
While my husband and that I returned home from function that same-day (4/1/09), we found that they had come to our house, disconnected our gas, and place a lock about the container. I named the neighborhood police division, and two officials found my house. They stated, sadly, it was a municipal matter and never a legal issue, and they couldn't support us.
I then called the crisis phone-line for Paraco Gas. A specialist from the title of Letty delivered my phone. He advised me he might come reconnect the gasoline, but that I'd need to spend the statement in its whole, including all the costs, along with a $195 after-hours support phone fee along with a $100 reconnect charge. I told him, not properly, this wasn't likely to occur, this organization was insane, that people did practically nothing inappropriate and questioned why these were carrying this out to us. I advised him that I've a three-year old boy with asthma and we couldn't feel the evening without any warmth. He mentioned he recognized my issues and might contact his supervisor, Tom Bock. A couple of minutes later I obtained a return phone from Letty, and he mentioned that until I had been prepared to spend many of these costs, there is nothing he might do which I really could consult with Tom Bock each morning (nowadays).
My husband could take away the lock (without splitting it, thank heavens) and reconnect the point yesterday, to ensure that we didn't need to proceed without warmth and heated water.
I'm in a total reduction regarding how the corporation is permitted to run in this way. And of course that after they disconnected our link, there is gasoline within the container that people had previously taken care of!!!
