Its come to my attention that mac tools is a subsidary of stanley tools. So ill include stanley in my reports from now on. Maybe stanley will keep a better eye on there sister company.
So stanley how do you feel being an american business icon and having mactools rip your customers off. Kinda takes away from the years of good you have had supplying tools to the non professional tool users. The bad taste mac tools has definately affected my shopping for home tools. Matter of fact when my brothers construction company just started with 18 employees
my opinion and what i have gone through with mactools kept his purchases of stanley tools to zero. To bad were not talking a million dollar contract cuase that would hurt huh?
But maybe if enough thousand dollar purchases are kept away from your company youll have mactools better control there actions. As to be fair ill pose you a question and will be looking for your reply.
Computers are great they help you keep a log of all your business transactions, who you owe, who owes you, and what the status is of that transaction correct. It works well if the data
is updated and kept current correct. But do you ever give any thought to what happens when one department lets say customer service makes a change in a contract BUT doesnt follow through and change the deal in the computer system. Let me give you some insite what happens. A rep makes a deeal becuase of circumstances with a customer that is agreeable to both parties.
So a payment amount change is agreed upon and payment roll in automatically electronically. But wait the rep didnt change the info so another department contact me and says i make no effort to pay and im going to be sued for breach of contract.
So me the consumer recieves a letter thanking me for my payment including all the jargon telling me how valued i am as a customer.
Wait same day another letter from the same company telling me im indigent and unwilling to make arrangements to pay and slaughters my credit.
So i tell a rep about it directly calling them. They assure me it was an over site and verified that i am logged as an auto paying customer
But next payment here comes another set of letters
both contradictory to themselfs.
And you wonder why customers get angry.
And thanks for all the hits on my credit report must of really pissed sojmeone off to have 2 hits per day for over a month

Dont you think thats a bit much.
I spent over 16,000 dollars with your sister company and becuase i stood my ground on what i felt was a mistake on your part you ruin my credit for a 76 dollar past due amount.
I will pay the amount in full and take my business else where but not a sec before you satisfy my needs. All i ask is a formal apollogy and erase the derogatory comments from my credit report. I will not sue you for your breach of contract as stated in my purchase agreement. I only owe you 76 dollars.
You owe me a replacement tool box for the one i recieved damaged in shipping. To bad the driver wasnt there as he was supposed to be to deliver it. And what about the servicing of my tools and warranty replacement of the ones that failed and fall under a warranty. What about that end of the contract your mac tools division has not met one of the many criteria of the contract you so boldly threatened me with.
Not to mention the discrepencies in my payments that were made ihn cash to your mac tool truck driver and never applied to my account this difference is over 637 dollars. I have tried to get satisfaction on this issue and have legal reciepts to prove it.
Have i threatend you. No i havent. Have i used them to bargain with no i have been waiting to see how you company handles one issue at a time. Be warned if i do persue legal means i will rake you for every penny and every moment of my time including the differences in my interest rates on loans at higher rates due to your actions to my credit report.
I want this to go away but you have backed me into a corner and im not budging. Something about standing your ground when your right and fighting tooth and nail for those convictions. I hope some high ranking official at your company reads this and sees the light becuase i have zero faith in mactools.
I have or harbor no ill will to stanley tools but hope that since your the controlling factions youll step in and research this problem to an acceptable conclusion. As for mactools every single one of its employees and those it sponsors can lick my sack
