The Electric Skillet was purchased in Quartsitze Arizona on Jan 21. It was charged to our credit card on Feb 5.instead of the 2-3 weeks shipping that was promised to me it was 6 weeks, and that didn't happen until I called company many times about getting the skillet. (This was just leaving messages as they never returned my calls). I also e-mailed customer service several times. The only response back from them was when they told me it had finally been shipped.
Then to find out it was a small skillet and not the one I thought I was getting. My order does say 10 3/4" but that size didn't mean anything to me. I assumed I was going to get the skillet that was demostrated at the show and just assumed that 10 " was the one I saw.
I asked how much was the skillet and I was never told that there were two sizes or asked what size I wanted. I feel that the skillet was misrepresented to me and I should have received the larger skillet. I realize that the small skillet was the 'show special', but I was never told that and so I think I should get the larger skillet for the same difference that there would have been had I been offered the larger skillet.
After e-mails and repeated phone calls we finally received a phone call and he said he would handle it if I sent an e-mail to him about the problem. I did that on March 9 and he calls us a week later and said he couldn't handle it now as the saleman wouldn't return his calls. I e-mailed him again on March 18 and no response. I called the company again and they do not return my call.
The receipt says no returns but can be exchanged within 90 days. We are already at the 60 days.
