I had just discovered another consumer complaints on Viceroy and the "superior windows", we built our Jefferson, 12 years ago, and our windows are garbage. They have never worked right from the start, and again, because we did not notify them within the time frame, they told me, they would do nothing to help rectify their inferior product.
Wow, what a way to do business, take the $ and run. Being in business myself, I have to ask myself, if I did that, how long before I was out of business? Anyway, I appreciate knowing that we are not alone-re the windows, I however am not going to take a NO, WARRANTY EXPIRED, answer, I am going begin a blitz, of e-mails, and or letters, and phone calls, until I hear what I want to hear, that they intend to stand by their product.
