Krueger Appraisal services appraised my property for the bank and reduced my value by 50%. The national average for reduction in values is 20%-30%. They do an extremely poor job in evaluating property and do not know market values. They work with banks to drive businesses and individuals into bankruptcy by reducing the value of the property to the point that banks will no longer hold loans without additional collateral. Kreuger Appraisal is being investigated by the Dept of Professional regulation and hopefully they lose their license in the near future
