Think before you hire these self-proclaimed professionals. Their work is less than acceptable. They do not respect your home or you as the owner. They are confrontational and unable to communicate in a professional manner.
They do not have the proper tools to get the job done. Their cuts are not straight, their walls are not plume, their measurements are off by more than 1/2 inches. They do not adhere to completing the job up to code much less doing it as discussed.
If you have a problem with what they are doing, how they are doing it or what it looks like... Good luck because to their eyes, it looks good, therefore; you are wrong.
Forget the contract that they will present and have you sign. (Think very, very long and hard before you hand over 50% of the total fee... Once you do this... You will be stuck) The contract will give detail on payment schedule but they will end up running out of money, unable to buy materials, unable to pay workers and even unable to put gas in their vehicles. Therefore, you will be forced to decide whether or not you "float" them "completed job monies".
Be more than cautious in hiring these guys. Sometimes a "good deal" is really the worst deal and will surely cost you more in the long run. Thousands more and with every item needing to be fixed, another problem is revealed.
