My then fiance bought a livingroom set from The RoomStore. It was to be delivered on 02/25/03 just in time for the wedding reception that we planned on having at our home.
We received a confirmation call for the furniture delivery. But on the day before it was to be delivered we received a phone call from the sales person who took our order.
She advised us that the couch had to be back ordered. It would be a week or so.
Needless to say when the furniture finally arrived the leg on the loveseat was broke.
The loveseat wobbled back and forth.
I lifted up the loveseat and the leg fell out of the hole.in the hole was cardboard to hold it in. I immediatly called the customer service dept and wanted someone to come out and fix it.
The lady said that it would be a few days to have a technician out. Wee it has been 3 weeks and still no technician.
I will never buy anything from that place again.
And when the technician comes out he might be getting that leg up his hole without the cardboard to hold it in.
