I have been dealing with Stainsafe for almost a year now trying to be compensated for my furniture that their technician ruined. This began in Sept. 04 When they sent out their service tech to repair a hole in my loveseat, well he fixed the hole and burned my loveseat in the process. I contacted stainsafe while their tech was still here and I advised them that he had burned my loveseat they said they would replace it. Long story short it is June I still have the same loveseat and I keep getting the run around. They told me they could not replace it so they would cut me a check for the loveseat, I have yet to get this check from them. They sent me a letter in January that I would have the check in 8-12 weeks. Everytime I call no one can help me they don't even care. If you are in the market for furniture please beware and do not waste your time or your money.
