We bought a $100 dollar bottle opener from this company. It never worked properly and then broke entirely. Wine Enthusiast refused to exchange, replace or refund and then refused to respond to our emails. They only gave us the name of the manufacturer with no address, phone number or contact information. My research indicated it was made in China and we've been unable to contact the manufacturer. Wine Enthusiast does not back their products. They provided no warranty or return expiration notice with the opener. It only stated that "returns are easy" and if we had any problems to contact them. This isn't the first problem product we've purchased from them, but it is the last.
