I've existed in town property for that previous 39 years; I shifted to my present target in 2001. Our friend within the condo above me has died. Their so-called household who existed with him for that previous four decades (without having to be about the rent) is a continuous supply of sound and property destruction. The Administration (Grenadier Administration) has permitted the person's child (an older lady with two adult children and two young kids) to maintain the condo. Actually the condo is just one-bedroom. Previously I've reported to both administration and also to Property, Nothing has been completed. I presently reside alone, I'm sixty -five yrs old, I quit operating because of having been let go. I had been usually used. The supervisor permitted this lady to become positioned on this guyis rent, since he's dead she lives together with her child, boy, two grandchildren. Administration continues to be equally inadequate and it has lied in my experience on many events regarding what strategy she's obtained. The supervisor's title is Ms. Sherice Punter, property associate.
On a single event the household flooded their home creating water harm to my home roof, another they flooded the bedroom ceiling creating water harm to my room. It required administration 2 yrs to correct equally. It was after many grievances and numerous assessments.
All I'd like is peace to reside my mature years in my own condo with no continuous harassment out of this household.
