I placed an order with bloomstoday for a expensive coffee basket for my sisters birthday. I live in NY she in FL. I spent a great deal of time with rep on phone finding the perfect gift.
On the day of her birthday NO basket arrived, the order was rejected by local florist to which I was unaware. No call was ever made to me to advise of this situation. I only found out when my sister called crying that I had forgotten her birthday.
I recalled bloomstoday and spoke with supervisor Danielle and she stated how sorry the company was and that it would be sent the next day, I agreed.
Now 3 days after my sisters birthday a small fruit basket arrived... Imagine my suprise YUCK fruit. Why would I send fruit to someone who lives in Florida and works for Tropicana. (the basket value was to be 100$ of coffee and coffee mugs ect.)
Again, I called the company and have yet to solve this dispute.
