Do not use Consolidated Contractors.
Company representative (Lamar Wilson) professional and courteous. The company did good work and provided contract with details of obligation to fix any defects in workmanship.
During each phase of the project, payment was made. Everything was visually ok immediately after completion. After issues were found, (patio construction defective, heater not working, issues he promised to fix he never did) the contractor would not return calls at office number, cell phone or email.
I am now face to spend additional money to fix defects as I am unable to reach anyone @ consolidated contractors.
Do not use this company!
