On May 28 the company did not provide a large enough truck for our move from North Carolina to Tennessee. Was five hours late as the move was to take place in one day since the destination was only four hours away and charged us an additional $460. The movers did not finish loading until 11PM. I contacted the dispatch and told them that we will be able to get in the residence in Tennessee since they were expecting us no later than 7PM on the 28th and now we could not get in until the 29th after 6AM. Therefore they charged us extra for them started out being late. We had to store items that could not get on the truck in a neighbor's garage and make arrangements on our own to retrieve them. Company had an overabundance of boxes and supplies which we did not need or use. Contacted Randi the customer service manager who was of no help and kept stating our move was based on an hourly rate. Sent a certified letter to owner Ohad Guzi asking for reimbursement of the additional $460 since they did not fulfull the contract which he received and to this day have not received a phone call or letter from the owner. We call every week and no one returns the calls.
