We ordered a leather sectional couch from Leather Furniture Galleries back on July 11. They told us it would take about 10-12 wks. To be shipped to us. It is now December 4 almost 21 wks. To the date we ordered and we are still without our couch. We stupidly paid cash in full the day we ordered the couch. We have called on several occasions and have been given excuse after excuse. They told us December 4th it was due in and would be delivered (on the 4th). We called yesterday and today to confirm and nobody answers the phone OR returns our calls. Now I'm afraid we will never see the couch or our money.
