Be warned of: Vanderleigh Properties also known as Praxis Realty. They are a terrible management company owning properties on 507 East 73rd Street, 509 East 73rd Street, and 511 East 73rd Street in New York, NY.
They are slow or unwilling to fix problems in their apartments. They have numerous citations against them from the city. They have threatened me while dumping garbage legally in front of their building.
They have followed through on their threats by taking a quarter of my deposit, whilst refusing to show proof of necessary repairs. Avoid renting from them at all costs.
