I ordered an Andersen bay window to replace three regular windows and I have a statement saying that I would receive a custom window 120 inches long and only received a window 116 inches long. I did not realize until it was installed and the subcontractor that they had said there was nothing he could do. The window also was not assembled correctly and has gaps between the base because the angles were cut incorrectly. This is a $3,000. Window. I called the company and they sent a guy out to look at the window and said that he agreed with me but ignored the size issue. He came out to fix the trim around the window, so that it at least appeared finished from a distance, and said he would be back to put trim over the poorly cut angles. Nick even gave me his cell number (215-768-1487) and told me to call him and not the company. Needless to say, he never answered again and I called the financing company to have them stop payment and since they went through window wizards, they sided with window wizards and refused to listen to me. They sent phone records saying I did not call them. This must be why they told me to call the cell phone. The guy who came out told me that his entire job was to go out trying to fix all the mistakes made by the subcontractors. What a terrible service and I am stuck now. I want to knock the guy out every time I see a commercial for those liars. I am just glad I got the rest of my windows from another company. I could have had them put in a custom bay window for $2700, but thought Window Wizards warranty was worth the extra $300. Boy was I wrong. I got a smaller window, no service and paid more. I would never deal with this company for ANYTHING ever again.
