We called them in September to service our central heat and air system. The service man billed me 2 1/2 hours. Stated on bill Heat/AC Systems Service Checked in Good Working Order. They added a little gas to the A/C. The bill was $197.99.
27 October - We turned our central heat on and guess what it wouldn't work. We call Springle and they sent someone out. They had to spend an additional 2 hours, and the bill was $281.00. So the first preventative maintenance 2 1/2 hour service call apparently nothing was checked. The man told me at first it was for the A/C only. Then I showed him the invoice. He then said in the next sentence I called him and he said. So it was apparent that they will say anything they can to scam anyone.
So basically $478.99 for a good service and no reach around. They would not even waive part of the service fee. For all I know they made it not work. If you want some of this great customer service be sure to call Springle Electric in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
