Scheduled a seasonal air & heat check for both home systems. Both home systems working properly. Each check $79.99. Thursday, 16 Aug 12, tech arrives at residence. He turns off air to perform check on heat - boiler system natural gas; then performed check on Air - electric. Upon completion leaves invoice, receives payment; stated that he turned the air system back on. The air system never has worked since.
Called the company in AM, friday, provided name, email & work number, was informed that a maint tech would call back. Waited rest of the day, no call back. Called company upon arrival at residence, air system still not working - checked all connections. Provided name, email & phone number, 1st the service person left me on hold to find out IF they back their service, then she stated that I would be put on the list & a tech will call the home number 30 minutes prior to arrival this evening - Friday 17 AUG 12.
NO CALL. Called company 10 pm, closed but provided emergency number - called left issue
