When the oil delivery man accidentally broke the gate to my vinyl fence, I expected an apology and an offer to fix it. However, what I got instead was a curt, rude, too bad attitude from the owner of the company. There was no point in him denying that his driver broke the gate, as it was witnessed by my neighbor. When I asked for an apology I was told "look, it was a piece of crap plastic fence, file with your homeowners". Apparently, Bill, the owner of Main Street Fuels missed a few classes is customer service. When I advised him of the cost of repair (less than $100) he refused to pay it, stating that the gate is all taped up (true, I taped it together when his driver broke it!). I plan on pursuing this further to get reimbursed, but to any potential Main Street Fuels customers... BEWARE! If they damage it, they won't fix it...
