We bought two of their cheap plastic gate openers. It was suppose to hold up a 1300 pound gate. Our gate was 500 pounds and was professionally installed. It did not last 3 months and broke all to peices. I mean like a cheap toy.
WE call and got the same rude excuses as the other man on this Rip Off report. They said they cant do anything. They then after 4 e mails said you did not buy it from us. We have the receipt and their book that came with the gate openers.
The lady on the 4 th e mail told us to stop writing and dont contact her again.
Dont buy this product or any thing they make lock master.
We live in fla and dont have bad weather to make this crap break up.
What really got us was how rude they are. WE spent $700 for crap and they hid and run.
