I purchased 2 quilts from this company less than a year ago, and they are falling apart. I called Customer Service and was told that they have only a 90-day return policy.
I think that if a product that cost almost $100 falls apart in less than one year, the company should provide some kind of reimbursement. My advice - for items that require laundering, stick with top-notch companies and those that post comments made by their customers.
