I purchased the Septic and drain Cleaners products, as I adorable Natural Products, I paid for those items directly. I was solicited and sold on a 100% trial; pay afterwards / or return product and it would cost me nothing; on this Freshn' Pro product. I used it and wasn't impressed. I call to find out how I would return. Wow, what a change of attitude! 1st. I was told absolutely free! Shipping & Handling charge isn't free! I was told from the Rude Customer Service Man, that I was told this and someone called and verified the facts. Wrong no facts of shipping & Handling were discussed. I was told if I didn't like it UPS would come. Pick it up, and no Problem, WRONG! Then Customer Service called me a Liar, Wished me a Good Day and Hung up on Me.!! (when I wasn't finished asking questions) Now I am wondering if the Septic Product I purchased are any good??? I am using on all my Rentals Septics and now I'm concerned if I am creating a problem. These products aren't cheap either, rather expensive! I feel kind of Stupid, and taken advantage of. Why do I buy from solicitors, that should be the first sign on unreliable Scam companies.
