Avoid paying this company anything up front. They say you have to buy services well in advance in order to get delivery or guarantee. You pay... They don't deliver on goods or services. I purchased a service for 289.00 and they refused to deliver on that promise. I am asking for only half and they have been giving me the run around for 9 weeks now. I also have a life-time warranty that is $199.00 that I know they will not honer because of my complaints. They are hostile towards my calls and refuse to call me back.
I have filed a BBB complaint and will soon be filing a small claims court case against them if they do not respond.
They say they are "Commitment to Excellence" and have the nerve to even mention "Trust"
I should have seen the writing on the wall. If they have to say then it is not true.
AVOID THIS COPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT may seem cheaper but it will cost you in the long run.
