I purchase 9 windows in June and also the Salesman explained that any rotted timber about the window supports could be changed.in August the Contractors arrived and 3 out-of 9 windows were the incorrect dimension plus they explained they don't substitute any poor wood and they deploy new windows over rotted timber. I named to protest plus they explained that changing timber expenses additional which the Salesman was incorrect. I submitted a study using the Better Business Institution after which Champ guaranteed they'd substitute the timber and purchase the windows which were wrong. On Sept. 20, the Contractors returned and mounted 8 windows and 1 wrong measurement screen and destroyed the supports & inside woodwork on two of the windows. Additionally they did a work on the exterior cut function and did an extremely careless caulk work & there have been several, SEVERAL scores about the fresh cut with SEVERAL mis-reductions. The brand new cut may be the proper shade but is extremely inexpensive & slim and it is not distinctive (woodgrain design) such as the test they gave me. This entire point is a complete headache and it is not around yet. The Installation Supervisor is returning over on Friday, Sept. 28th to appear within the terrible work and that I possess a sensation this one will visit judge. Don't utilize Champ Windows—you'll regret it!!!
