Kitchenaid Range has design defect. Oven cavity will not support baking racks. This causes racks to fail and items fall to bottom of oven. This is an extremely dangerous problem, potential for burns and/or fires. Contacted Kitchenaid, but they will not cover problem, was told to purchase an additional service plan, which I did, but am now being told that they will not cover a manufacture's defect. Kitchenaid continues to deny liability, stating that it is a problem that should be covered by the extended warranty. Warranty company says it should be covered by Kitchenaid. Please someone help. I can't even bake cookies in this oven. It is useless.
