Profit Point, Inc. Changed terms of its contract (now charging higher fees) WITHOUT proper notification as per the contract terms. According to contract terms, Profit Point, Inc. Would give notice on monthly statements of any changes made to original contract terms. Having checked all of my monthly statements, clearly it was not, even though a Profit Point representative said it was.
Later she supplied a "dear valued customer" letter which she said was sent to me (I did not receive and highly doubt it was originally sent as she suggests). Furthermore, the representative stated the contract could be cancelled for $250, even though the original contract terms state they must notify customers of any term changes on monthly statements, and the customer can cancel without charge if the new terms are not agreeable.
Lies and shady practices! Beware!
