Purchased a chair online. My card was charged immediately, yet after several days, my order had not shipped. When I sent an e-mail asking why the shipping delay, I was told that their supplier was out of stock. Why I had to send an e-mail to discover this is ridiculous. Office Chairs on Sale should have notified me!
I requested that my order be cancelled immediately and that the charge to my card reversed. I still have not received a credit to my card and now must pursue disputing the charge with my bank. I also now have any e-mail returned as undeliverable!
The bottom line - stay away! Questionable business practices!!!
